Amy Allen, Admissions Counselor
BS Psychology, College of Charleston
This will be Amy’s 5th summer at Talisman and she can’t wait for kids to get back on campus. Amy grew up in the Pacific Northwest and worked in summer camps as an environmental education instructor, low ropes course facilitator, and general counselor throughout high school. She made the move to the east coast to attend school at the College of Charleston and has fallen in love with all that the south has to offer. Since starting at Talisman in 2009 Amy has filled a number of roles as a direct care staff, program supervisor and now admissions counselor. In her spare time Amy enjoys playing competitive ultimate Frisbee, backpacking, and playing with her dog, Ollie.
