Backpacking through the Blue Ridge Mountains, paddling down area rivers, team building on a high ropes course, and working together to accomplish group obstacles are some activities enjoyed by our Young Adult Adventures campers. This new program provides a wilderness based environment for young adults with Asperger’s syndrome to work together to achieve goals set forth individually and collectively. Campers will enjoy time together while gaining communication, problem solving, and outdoor skills. The campers will spend most of their time off campus and on trail.
